This handcrafted bitter is great to elevate any brown spirit neat or in a cocktail. We char a mix of wood chips so it brings out those nice peaty and smoky flavors you find in a scotch but with a modest bitterness from the gentian bark and some bitter orange peel. It comes in a 50 ml bottles with an easy to use pipette.
